What we collect
- Quote requests: city, treatment of interest, whether you hold insurance, your name, and your email address or WhatsApp number.
- Clinic enquiries: clinic name, city, website, your name and contact detail.
- Nothing automatic: this site runs no advertising scripts, no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels.
Why we ask, and who receives it
We use a quote request for one purpose: to pass it to dental clinics licensed by their health authority in the market you named, so they can contact you with a price. We ask for your consent on the form, and the consent text says exactly that. You can withdraw it by writing to the address above, and we will stop.
Health data
Your treatment of interest tells a clinic what to quote for. Read alongside your name, that can be sensitive, so we keep the field coarse on purpose and never ask for symptoms, history, photographs or scans. Anything clinical belongs in the clinic's own records, under the rules that apply to a licensed facility. In the UAE, health information handling is also governed by Federal Law No. 2 of 2019.
The law we work to
UAE personal data protection is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Requests from Qatar and Kuwait are also subject to their own national data protection rules. The operator has this policy reviewed by a qualified adviser in each market before launch, and this page is updated with the result.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are deleted [RETENTION PERIOD - REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH] after the introduction is made, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights

Where your data is processed
