Clinic websites built to the advertising rules

Most dental marketing in this region is written first and checked against the rules later, if at all. We work the other way round.

We design and build websites for licensed dental clinics in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, and we can pass patient quote requests to licensed clinics. Every page we write is drafted against the health authority's own advertising standard.

What building to the rules means in practice

Dubai's standard for medical advertisement content applies to all DHA licensed facilities and professionals. We treat its clauses as the brief, not as a compliance review at the end.

  • No absolute or exaggerated claims. Section 6.11 says that "the best", "safest", "100%" and "immediate results" must not be used.
  • Outcome claims carry their evidence and their risks, as section 6.6 requires that outcome claims must be substantiated and include the risks.
  • Before-and-after images, where you use them at all, follow section 9.6: same person, no editing, and a no-guarantee statement.
  • Your advertisement licence number appears where it should, since an official account must state the MOHAP medical advertisement licence number.
  • No comparisons with other clinics, following section 8.1.9: no claims of superiority over other providers.
  • Sign-off is built into the process, because section 5.3 says the Medical Director approves the content.

For clinics in Qatar the starting point is stricter. Circular 01/2019 states practitioners should not advertise or promote themselves, and the 2022 circular requires that licence number and credentials stated exactly, that no patient images without consent, and that content carries written approval by the medical director and the practitioner. Your medical director and your regulator have the final word on anything we draft.

What a build includes

  • A fast, static bilingual site in English and Arabic, with the right-to-left version designed rather than flipped.
  • Treatment pages written in plain language, with claims kept inside what your regulator allows.
  • An enquiry form that collects no medical history and explains where the details go.
  • Structured data, sitemaps and the technical work search engines expect.
  • A named place for your licence details, so they are never missing from the page.

Patient enquiries

Patients who use the quote form on this site are told their details go to licensed dental clinics. We ask them for no medical history. Before any clinic receives requests we verify its current licence with its health authority, and a clinic can stop receiving them at any time.

Pricing for clinic websites is not published yet. Fees, contract terms and the introduction arrangement are set out in writing before any work starts.
